God wants to see life transformations happen.  We, as the older generation, have an oppotunity to encourage the next generation. The word of God is to give hope to the future generations. Planting and watering the seed is our responsibility.  It is God that grows the seed. 

Acts1:8

But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.
